By using EFT Docs Map (“the site”) you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

1. Unofficial fan site

EFT Docs Map is an unofficial, community reference. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored or approved by Battlestate Games. Escape from Tarkov, its names, logos, maps, item artwork and other game assets are trademarks and/or copyrights of Battlestate Games Limited and are used here for identification and commentary only.

2. Content and licences

• Game assets remain the property of Battlestate Games.
• Everything else — the site’s design, code, text, maps, screenshots and spawn data — is provided by the site operator or used with permission. You may link to any page and quote short excerpts with a link back; please don’t republish the site or its original content wholesale.

3. Accuracy

Spawn locations, keys and counts are collected by players and can change with any game update or season. Spots marked “unconfirmed” have not been cross-checked. The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, and we don’t guarantee it is complete, accurate or always available. Use it as a guide — decisions you make in raids are your own.

4. Acceptable use

Please don’t:

• disrupt or overload the site, or try to access parts of it that aren’t public;
• scrape it at a rate that affects other visitors, or reproduce it in a way that suggests it is yours or official;
• use it for anything unlawful.

5. Corrections and submissions

If you send us corrections, screenshots, locations or other material, you confirm you have the right to share it, and you give us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use, edit and publish it on the site and in related data files, with or without credit. We may choose not to use a submission.

6. Links

The site links to third-party websites. We aren’t responsible for their content or practices.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the site operator is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss — including loss of in-game items, progress or time — arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. We may also change or discontinue any part of the site.
